The Dream Machine Difference

Dream Machine paints motorcycles exclusively, was established in 1977 and is still under the same private ownership currently employing many of the original staff. Dream Machine started life by repairing tanks for models now considered modern classics, see our classics section to see how this experience helps when restoring your motorcycle paintwork.

At various times Dream Machine has worked directly with the manufacturers or importers of Hesketh, Royal Enfield, Norton, Triumph, Ducati, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Laverda, BMW, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda and Kawasaki. This work has varied from production line and spare parts to race colours, prototypes, creating show specials and multiple runs of limited edition bikes dating back to the famous Marlboro RD500LC’s for Yamaha and Skoal Bandit and Pepsi Suzuki’s in the eighties.

We’ve been creating true individuality for motorcyclists for almost forty years, “Dream Machine Specials” have been and continue to be a feature of motorcycle showrooms offering an alternative to mass produced colour schemes.

Dream Machine has continuously operated a national van delivery service to the motorcycle trade which has more recently been extended to arranging collection and delivery of loose parts and complete machines from retail customers. It has regularly exported paintwork throughout Europe.

Dream Machine has been involved in motorcycle sport for almost four decades at the very highest levels. Dream Machine painted machinery has competed all over the world winning multiple British, European and World championships, see our Racepaint section listing factory World Superbike , Moto GP and BSB teams, world endurance series and TT competitors .
